28 Years of PLN IP Services

Growing Stronger, Accelerating Towards Sustainable Growth

 

Jakarta, April 15, 2026 – The 28th anniversary of PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) was marked by a Coffee Morning & Thanksgiving event held on April 15, 2026, in a hybrid format from the Head Office, attended by all PLN IP Services employees across various work units across Indonesia. The event, attended by the Board of Directors, served as a moment for reflection and strengthened PLN IP Services' commitment to improving competency, strengthening execution quality, and driving accelerated growth through the theme "Enhancing Competence, Strengthening Execution, Accelerating Growth."

 

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, in his remarks stated that this theme serves as the company's strategic direction in responding to the ever-evolving industry dynamics and increasing customer demands for speed and accuracy of service.

 

According to him, improved service will build customer trust, which must be accompanied by accelerated performance so that the company can adapt and remain superior. Changes occurring in the industry indirectly impact and demand companies to move more quickly, precisely, and responsively.

 

Furthermore, Hari emphasized that every step and contribution of PLN IP Services employees is crucial in igniting hope for the company. The company's primary strength lies in synergy and togetherness, which serve as the foundation for strengthening collaboration, maintaining integrity, and delivering continuous innovation to improve service quality.

 

As part of the event, PLN IP Services also presented Loyalty Awards to employees as a token of appreciation for their dedication and loyalty, as well as honoring retired employees for their contributions during their service.

 

On the same occasion, the winners of the 28th Anniversary logo design competition were announced and the official PLN IP Services 28th Anniversary logo was launched as a symbol of the company's journey, spirit of transformation, and future direction.

 

As a token of gratitude, the event also included a tumpeng (rice cone) cutting ceremony, held simultaneously at the Head Office and all work units, symbolically led by the President Director of PLN IP Services. The series of events also included a joint prayer led by Ustad Tino Wardani, Lc, expressing the hope that the company would continue to be granted smoothness, safety, and blessings in carrying out its role.

 

Not only focusing on internal matters, PLN IP Services also demonstrated its social concern by providing educational assistance to the Panti Yatim Aksi Nyata Foundation as part of the company's commitment to providing benefits to the community.

 

Entering its 28th year, PLN IP Services continues to strengthen its transformation efforts by improving competency, ensuring quality execution, and driving sustainable growth acceleration.
