PT PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) signed the 2025–2027 Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) in conjunction with the Company's Transformation Commitment and the 1st Anniversary Celebration of the PLN IP Services Workers' Union.

 

The event, held at PLN IP Services Head Office in Jakarta, was attended by the entire Board of Directors of PLN IP Services and representatives of labor unions from various units throughout Indonesia. The presence of the Board of Directors, who also wore union uniforms, served as a tangible symbol of the synergy, togetherness, and openness between management and all employees.

 

In his remarks, PLN IP Services President Director Hari Cahyono expressed his gratitude and appreciation to all parties who contributed to the PKB negotiation process. The President Director emphasized that the signing of the PKB constitutes a significant and historic milestone in the company's industrial relations, as it demonstrates the shared commitment between management and workers to creating a harmonious and sustainable working relationship.

 

"This momentum is not just a document signing, but a manifestation of togetherness, synergy, and renewed enthusiasm for shaping a more sustainable future for PLN IP Services. The negotiation process we went through was not easy, but thanks to the spirit and togetherness, mutual respect, and goodwill of both parties, we succeeded in reaching an agreement that accommodates our shared interests," said the President Director of PLN IP Services.

 

Furthermore, Hari Cahyono expressed his highest appreciation to the Workers' Union for its openness and willingness to engage in constructive dialogue. He stated that the substance of this Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) will provide a solid foundation for improving worker welfare, while supporting the company's productivity and growth. The President Director also encouraged all employees to maintain a spirit of togetherness, professionalism, and loyalty at work and to use the substance of this PKB as a starting point for building a better future for both workers and the company.

 

Meanwhile, the Chairman of the PLN IP Services Workers' Union, Arpan, in his remarks expressed his deep appreciation for the agreement. He stated that the agreed-upon PKB is concrete evidence that management and the union share a shared vision for building healthy industrial relations.

 

"With this collective labor agreement, employee enthusiasm for work has increased because they feel valued and cared for. This collective labor agreement is not just a document, but also a tangible manifestation of the company's concern for employee welfare. We believe that with this agreement, all PLN IP Services employees will be more motivated to deliver their best performance to support the company's transformation and sustainability," said Arpan.

 

He also emphasized that the Workers' Union will continue to be a strategic forum for management in maintaining harmonious working relationships. "We are committed to maintaining constructive, open, and balanced communication with management. We must continue to nurture this spirit of togetherness to make PLN IP Services a more advanced and competitive company," he added.

 

The signing of this collective labor agreement is historic, having been successfully completed in just six months. This demonstrates the commitment of management and the union to building synergy and shared commitment.

 

This series of activities also served as a celebration of the first anniversary of the PLN IP Services Workers' Union, further emphasizing the importance of a spirit of togetherness, loyalty, and professionalism in supporting the company's transformation.

 

With the signing of the 2025–2027 PKB Substantive Agreement, PLN IP Services affirms its corporate transformation efforts while strengthening harmonious industrial relations. This agreement is expected to maintain the company's sustainability, improve employee welfare, and serve as a foundation for building a brighter future for all PLN IP Services employees.
