Jakarta, May 20, 2025 — PLN IP Services held the 117th National Awakening Day (Harkitnas) Commemoration Ceremony which took place at the Head Office. Carrying the theme "Rise Together to Realize a Strong Indonesia", this activity is an important moment to reaffirm the spirit of nationalism and active role in national development.

 

President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, acted as the Ceremony Instructor and read the official speech of the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, Meutya Viada Hafid. In the message, the Minister emphasized that national awakening is not only limited to remembering history, but is an ongoing commitment to responding to various challenges of the times, ranging from technological disruption, global crises, to child protection in the digital space.

 

"The government continues to encourage inclusive and equitable development, as well as strengthening human resources and accelerating national digital transformation. Including the establishment of the AI ​​Center of Excellence as a concrete step in facing the era of artificial intelligence," said the Minister of Communication and Information in his speech.

 

This ceremony is an important reminder for all PLN IP Services personnel to continue to foster a sense of love for the homeland, improve self-competence, and take a real role in supporting the transformation of the national energy sector. Through reliable, innovative, and sustainable services, PLN IP Services is committed to supporting the achievement of a strong and competitive Indonesia.
