PLN IP Services Supports Energy Transition Through Participation in PLN Electric Run 2025

Tangerang, November 2, 2025 – In the spirit of supporting the energy transition and realizing a greener future, PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) participated in the PLN Electric Run 2025 through the IP Services Runner community.

 

The event, held on Sunday (November 2) in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), South Tangerang, carried the theme "Recharge as One," symbolizing the collaboration between a healthy lifestyle and environmental awareness. More than 30 runners from the PLN IP Services Head Office and Work Units, including members of the Board of Directors, participated, running alongside more than 7,500 participants from various categories. Through this event, the PLN Group affirmed its strong commitment to environmental sustainability and supported the use of green energy through the use of carbon-free, green hydrogen-based generators.

 

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, stated that PLN IP Services' participation in this event demonstrated the company's commitment to the energy transition initiative initiated by PT PLN (Persero). "We are very proud to participate in the PLN Electric Run 2025. This is not just a sporting event, but also a momentum to raise collective awareness of the importance of protecting the environment through reducing emissions and using clean energy," said Hari Cahyono.

 

More than just a running event, the PLN Electric Run 2025 serves as a campaign platform to encourage the public to adopt a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle. Every step the runners take reflects a tangible contribution to supporting carbon emission reduction and strengthening the spirit of the energy transition towards cleaner and more sustainable energy.
