Jakarta, October 24, 2025, PT PLN Indonesia Power Services officially signed the 2025–2027 Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) at the PLN IP Services Head Office. The event was attended by all Directors, management, representatives of work units at the Head Office, and employees from various units who participated online.

 

Themed "Synergy and Joint Commitment for Company Sustainability and Employee Welfare," this event served as a crucial opportunity to strengthen harmonious industrial relations between management and the PLN IP Services Workers' Union.

 

In his remarks, PLN IP Services President Director Hari Cahyono expressed his appreciation for the strong cooperation throughout the negotiation process leading to the mutual agreement.

 

"The signing of the 2025–2027 PKB represents a historic milestone, the result of strong synergy between management and the union. This document is not merely a symbol, but a commitment to jointly create a harmonious, productive, and sustainable working relationship for the well-being and sustainability of the company," said Hari Cahyono.

 

The negotiation process was conducted in a spirit of open synergy from both parties. This demonstrated a shared commitment to maintaining healthy and constructive industrial relations within PLN IP Services.

 

On the same occasion, the Chairman of the PLN IP Services Workers Union, Arpan, also expressed his appreciation for the collaboration between the management and union negotiating teams.

 

"Thank you to the management and union negotiating teams for their dedication and hard work, striving to provide the best for the company. Let's continue to support and oversee each other so that this outcome brings goodness and sustainability to all of us," Arpan stated.

 

The signing of this collective labor agreement affirms PLN IP Services' commitment to continuously strengthening the synergy between management and workers as a crucial foundation for creating a productive, harmonious work environment oriented toward the company's sustainability and the well-being of all PLN IP Services employees.

Improve HR Capacity to Support SMK3 and Environmental Management PLN IP Services Holds K3L Workshop

In order to welcome the National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month in 2025, PLN IP Services held a K3L Workshop with the theme "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the K3 Management System (SMK3) and Environmental Management".   This activity was opened by the K3J Manager of PLN IP Services, Sholihah Fahtunisa, who emphasized the importance of safety as a top priority. "Occupational safety and health are the main foundations in all our activities, especially in high-risk power plant environments. I hope that through this workshop, we can all understand the importance of K3L culture and make it an inseparable part of every step of the work. With collaboration and commitment, we can create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment," he said.
