PLN Indonesia Power Services has once again made a proud achievement at the national level by winning the "Diamond" Most Strategic Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance - Electricity Prosper A category award at the 2025 Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA). This award was held by Hukum Online at JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta.

 

The IRCA event, which is now entering its second year, is a strategic initiative that aims to encourage a culture of legal compliance and sustainable governance in the Indonesian business world. This year, more than 100 companies from around 20 industrial sectors participated in a strict selection and judging process, reflecting the business sector's high commitment to responsible regulation and governance.

 

The award was received directly by Imam Adi Prihantoro, Director of Human Resources of PLN Indonesia Power Services. This achievement strengthens PLN Indonesia Power Services' position as a strategic company that is not only operationally superior, but also consistent in implementing the principles of good corporate governance in a sustainable manner.

 

The Diamond rating is given to companies that are considered the most strategic in implementing legal compliance, with an innovative and integrated approach into the strategy and business decision-making process. At this level, compliance is no longer considered a mere administrative obligation, but rather becomes part of the company's strategic value.

 

Meanwhile, the Electricity Prosper A classification shows that PLN Indonesia Power Services is in the highly/moderately regulated industry category, based on the parameters of the number of regulations and the growth of regulations in the electricity sector.

 

On that occasion, Imam Adi Prihantoro expressed his appreciation and emphasized the company's commitment to building sustainable governance.

 

"This award is real proof that legal compliance is not just an obligation, but a strategic foundation to ensure business sustainability and create a company that is adaptive, has integrity, and is trusted," he said.

 

This achievement is a motivation for PLN Indonesia Power Services to continue to strengthen the culture of compliance in every line of work processes, as well as to play an active role in supporting the transformation of the national energy sector through superior governance practices.
