PLN IP Services' 2026 Steps

Focus on Competence, Execution, and Sustainable Growth

 

PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) has established the company's strategic direction through the establishment of the 2026 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) as a step to strengthen performance and accelerate business transformation. Embracing the spirit of "Enhancing Competence, Strengthening Execution, Accelerating Growth," PLN IP Services is focusing its 2026 steps on strengthening capabilities, improving execution quality, and creating sustainable growth aligned with the national energy transition agenda.

 

The 2026 RKAP was ratified at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of the 2026 RKAP of PT PLN Indonesia Power, a subsidiary of PLN Indonesia Power. This meeting marked the agreement on the company's strategic targets and initiatives, while ensuring that all work plans are measurable, integrated, and aligned with shareholder policies and the direction of the PLN Group's transformation.

 

In her remarks, Julita Indah, Director of Business & Commerce at PLN Indonesia Power, expressed her appreciation for PLN IP Services' performance, which recorded positive and sustainable growth throughout the 2025 fiscal year. The company's contribution to strengthening its service offerings, developing businesses beyond kWh, and implementing good governance reflects its readiness to support the transformation agenda and strengthen competitiveness within the PLN Group.

 

According to her, these achievements provide an important foundation for PLN IP Services to continue its transformation amidst the dynamics of the electricity industry and evolving business challenges.

 

"As we enter 2026, we hope these achievements can provide momentum to drive even more sustainable performance. PLN Indonesia Power is confident that the Board of Directors and all PLN IP Services personnel have the commitment, readiness, and collaborative spirit to oversee the implementation of the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) and strategic programs in a disciplined and measurable manner, while upholding the principles of good corporate governance," said Julita Indah.

 

In line with shareholder direction, PLN IP Services is preparing further transformation steps with a focus on strengthening operational excellence, optimizing cost structures, leveraging digitalization, and developing a business portfolio beyond kWh as a driver of long-term growth.

 

The President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, emphasized that 2026 is a critical phase to ensure the company's strategy is consistently implemented and has a tangible impact on business performance and sustainability.

 

"2026 is the momentum for PLN IP Services to strengthen the implementation of its strategy in a targeted manner. By focusing on the company's priority programs, we are encouraging competency strengthening, improving execution accuracy, and accelerating integrated growth, so that every strategic initiative can support the energy transition and sustainably enhance business competitiveness," Hari Cahyono stated.

 

As an initial step to accelerate performance, PLN IP Services has established the 2026 Flagship Program as a quick win focused on developing a smart hybrid system based on renewable energy, strengthening capabilities and competencies through the IPS Academy, and expanding renewable energy generation projects in isolated areas to strengthen electricity supply reliability and support the national energy transition agenda.

 

Through the ratification of the 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP), PLN IP Services reaffirms its commitment to consistently and purposefully implementing business transformation by prioritizing competency strengthening, improving execution quality, and accelerating sustainable growth, in line with the theme "Enhancing Competence, Strengthening Execution, Accelerating Growth."

PLN IP Services Together with Srikandi, Realizing Environmentally Friendly Waste Management

As a form of concern for the environment and commitment to support sustainable waste management, PLN IP Services together with Srikandi Head Office carried out the delivery of assistance through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to TPS 3R Siaga Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The assistance was in the form of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and additional food (extrafooding) which was given to the cleaning staff at the location.

PLN Indonesia Power Services Celebrates 27 Years of Extraordinary Journey, Affirms Commitment to Strengthening Competence and Green Energy Transition

PLN Indonesia Power Services held the peak event of its 27th Anniversary celebration with enthusiasm and optimism entitled "Enhancing Core Competencies for Sustaining Business Continuity and Accelerating Green Energy Transition." The event was held in a hybrid manner, centered at the PLN IP Services Head Office and attended virtually by all employees in work units from various regions.   Also attending the event were the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PLN Indonesia Power Services. The event was officially opened by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono, and continued with a warm welcome from the President Commissioner, Khusnul Mubien.
