Jakarta, August 17, 2026 — To commemorate the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) held a flag-raising ceremony on Monday, August 17, 2026. The event, held at the PLN IP Services Head Office and attended by employees from each Work Unit, carried the theme "Indonesia Berdaulat, Adil, dan Makmur," as a moment to commemorate the struggles of the heroes and strengthen the spirit of unity and togetherness in celebrating independence.

 

The ceremony at the PLN IP Services Head Office was attended by the Board of Directors and employees, with PLN IP Services President Director, Hari Cahyono, acting as the ceremony instructor. The ceremony at the Head Office and Work Units demonstrated the togetherness of all PLN IP Services employees in commemorating this historic day for the Indonesian nation.

 

PLN IP Services President Director, Hari Cahyono, stated that the commemoration of the 81st Anniversary of Indonesian Independence is a moment to strengthen the spirit of unity and increase real contributions to the nation through reliable energy services.

 

"The commemoration ceremony for the 81st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia is a momentum to re-strengthen the spirit of unity and deliver the best work for Indonesia. PLN IP Services will continue to play a role through reliable energy services, as part of the effort to realize a sovereign, just, and prosperous Indonesia," said Hari Cahyono.

 

The commemoration of the 81st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia is a momentum for PLN IP Services to continuously strengthen its competence, innovation, collaboration, and service quality in carrying out its role in the electricity sector.

Handover and Farewell Ceremony of the Board of Directors, Moving Together Towards the Progress of PLN IP Services

PLN IP Services held a Handover and Farewell Ceremony for the Operations and Finance Directors. This event was a special moment to appreciate the directors who have made extraordinary contributions and to welcome the new directors who are ready to bring PLN IP Services even further forward.   The handover ceremony was attended by Wisnoe Satrijono, Director of Human Capital Management and Administration, and Endang Astharanti, Director of Finance and Risk Management of PLN Indonesia Power. In addition, all directors, commissioners of PLN IP Services, and employees were present both in person and online.
