PLN IP Services Holds Early-Year Coordination Meeting, Strengthening Foundations and Accelerating Performance
Starting 2026, PLN Indonesia Power Services (PLN IP Services) affirmed its commitment to strengthening its internal foundations and accelerating performance growth through an Early-Year Coordination Meeting themed "Enhancing Competence, Strengthening Execution, Accelerating Growth." This strategic forum served as a momentum to align direction, strengthen commitment, and accelerate work program implementation so that the 2026 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) targets can be optimally and sustainably achieved.
The theme aligns with the policy direction of the 2026 RKAP, which emphasizes the company's commitment to systematically and measurably improving human resource competency. This competency strengthening is aimed at strengthening the quality of operation and maintenance (O&M) service execution, projects, and business development. With more reliable and consistent execution, the company aims to accelerate healthy performance growth through increased productivity, customer satisfaction, and strengthened governance.
This coordination meeting was attended by all senior leaders of PLN IP Services and opened by the President Director of PLN IP Services, Hari Cahyono. Also in attendance were Julita Indah, Director of Business Development and Commerce at PLN Indonesia Power, and Fredy Eko, Commissioner of PLN IP Services.
On the same occasion, PLN IP Services also launched the DDP (Digitalization of Dropping and Accountability) application as part of the company's digital transformation commitment. This application provides a more integrated process, increases value transparency, and accelerates the approval mechanism, supporting more effective and accountable governance. The launch was symbolically carried out by the Board of Directors of PLN IP Services and witnessed by the Director of Business Development and Commerce at PLN Indonesia Power.
In his remarks, Hari Cahyono expressed his appreciation for the dedication of all PLN IP Services employees throughout 2025 and emphasized their readiness to face the business dynamics of 2026.
"We express our appreciation for all the contributions and dedication made by all PLN IP Services employees. As we enter 2026, we must concretely execute our strategy by continuing to strengthen our competencies and adapt quickly to business dynamics. With strong competencies and consistent execution, we are optimistic that the company's growth will be maintained sustainably."
PLN Indonesia Power, the parent company, also expressed its full support. Julita Indah commended PLN IP Services' performance throughout 2025, which she considered capable of growing amidst dynamic challenges.
